昨天上午去当和尚了
提前说一下，去的是白云寺（在 Google Maps 上看看 ），就当了一个上午。当和尚真是不容易，才一个上午，我已经坚持不下来了，尤其是打坐的时候。腿那个麻呀，我还是散盘，人家师父都是双盘呢。我双盘了不到10分钟，已经找不到自己的腿了，连感觉都没了。
昨天早上5点10分起床；
5点25左右出门，从亲贤街平阳路口那边骑单车到寺庙不到20分钟；
5点45左右到寺庙，到的时候已经看见有位师父在撞钟了，一边撞一边念经文，蛮好听的。
快6点的时候，跟着师父们进了大雄宝殿，居士们也早已经都进去了。男生都站在左边，女生都站在右边。
6点多一点，然后开始诵经，气氛非常的庄严，我也不敢乱动，乖乖的双手合十站在那里。看着师父们怎么做，我也照猫画虎的模仿。整个早课都是由方丈来主持的，发现人家做的动作都那么好看，第一次才近距离的瞅见标准的磕头是怎样的，呵呵。快结束时，列队出来，在院子里一边诵经一边走路，绕圈走，人不少，就跟贪吃蛇一样绕来绕去的走。
7点的时候，早课结束，就去饭堂用早斋。还是规规矩矩的跟着师父们排队进去，悄悄的坐在板凳上。桌子上倒扣着两个碗，碗下面压着一双筷子。以前在庙里住过两天，所以对这个碗不是很干净也没觉得惊讶，嘿嘿。不多时，有几位师父分别端着馒头、菜和米汤挨个给我们分。每人一勺米汤，一勺青菜和一个馒头。分完饭菜，师父们又开始诵经，方丈坐在中间。对了，方丈的菜最多，嘿嘿。等早斋前的仪式做完之后，正式开始用斋。用斋的时候规矩也很多，比如必须把碗端起来，不能说话不能出声，要轻拿轻放不能剩饭，......。我扭头悄悄看其他同学的时候，好多人还都是趴在桌子上吃。不过师父们也没说，大家基本上都是第一次来，都不懂规矩。
7点40用完早斋，就准备去五观堂。这就开始一个上午最难受的时刻了，盘腿打坐。再一次感叹，我不是那种能忍受了清修的人。这个就不多说了，师父们讲佛学和我们平时生活中的一些联系，反正听上去都挺有道理的。在五观堂打坐，后面还有为拿着戒尺的师父监视着我们所有的人。如果谁没坐好、乱动、瞌睡、......等等，戒尺直接就打上去了。不过也只是象征性的拍一下，呵呵。被戒尺惩罚的第一个人是个女生，她已经有点瞌睡了，头耷拉了下来。师父用戒尺轻轻拍了一下她，她一抬头，马上脸就通红了。前面还有为居士大妈也没坐好，也被戒尺轻拍了一下。一个上午大概有10来位同学被戒尺惩罚过，嗯嗯，没有我。
一个上午都在五观堂，中间休息了两次。到了11点40，终于结束了。
最大的体会，当和尚真累。
以前对寺庙感觉很好奇，这次近距离体验了一次，更对他们佩服了。

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and all. But think of if you added some great photos or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and clips, this blog could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its field. Superb blog!
