The internet is a great tool for reaching this age bracket. Efforts should not be limited to simply e-mail but, extend into other internet forums and networking sites. Would the census taken by a college student require him or her to include his or her current location or their technical "home"? Does that mean out-of-state students are benefiting their temporary residence? Is there a large possibility that parents would mistakenly fill out a census for their already-accounted-for children?

The census is always changing the order of their questions to make them more effective and the answers more reliable. According to the government hispanic is not a race an therefore cannot be included into the race section. do a little research before you make rediculous accusations like the u.s. is focused on hispanics. if you knew the history of hispanics in this country you would understand how rediculous you sound

No, you can't port to the current SDK. It allows graphics to be overlaid on video, but not to access the video. So, we can't do computer vision on the markers to find out where they are.
