Can I ask why the phone lines are automated until April 12? US Census Day is today. I work with the local Chamber of Commerce and we are a supposed to be a US Census Partner. But I haven't even received my own Census form. I understand the replacement form concept, but for those of us who have not received an initial form, I highly doubt we will be receiving the replacement form. I have been promoting to others in our community to complete their form, but I do not know how to answer their questions when they ask how can they get their initial form? I tried to use the web page to locate our assistance center and all it shows is a bubble in the middle of the river, no contact name, address or phone number. We are a county seat community - City Hall, the chamber nor the library knows where to find forms or how to help our constituents. I just want to talk to a real person when I call the U.S. Census Bureau- and I don't want to wait 2 weeks to do it.
